Our QUALITY POLICY is to maintain international standards of chemical testing, and microbiological testing of samples and with the highest achievable accuracy and provide traceable high quality testing services to the entire satisfaction of our clients, in conformity with the applicable requirements of ISO17025: 2005 international standards.


QUALITY DEFINITION“The totality of features and characteristics of a product or service, that bears on its ability to satisfy a given or implied need.” This definition covers all products and services and it includes both the stated and the unstated needs of the customer.

The Quality Assurance Deparpment functions to ensure the successful implementation of the Quality infrastructure within the Institution. This involves the implementation of both the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the ISO 9001:2008

For the ISO/IEC 17025:2005, which is the quality implementation for the laboratories, the Quality Manual and the Technical Manuals for the laboratories have been developed with all their forms and the related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

For the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008, a draft procedure has been developed with the related Inspection procedures, certification Plans and the Quality mark to be used.
